    You welcome to message us before leaving feedback. We offered a download option, before postage, to ensure you can use the item if delays happen. With this you will always get the item you purchased from us. We shipped the item on time however postal services, which we don't control, have delayed the arrival. Your neutral feedback should be for the local postal service not us.

    why is this item taking so long to get to me, why did they wait 8 days before they shipped? This item still hasn't arrived yet, why would anyone buy from this seller if they wait 8 days to ship after payment, this is wrong on so many levels, I'll never buy from this seller again

    Why have you not contacted us and only just left negative feedback? If you contacted us or read our messages you would find we dispatched within 48hrs of purchase, not 8 days, and we provide the option to attain the item within 24hrs. Seems very unfair feedback.
