does not work correctly

Don’t buy. I’ve gotten two of these and they don’t work correctly. They will lock the door and unlock the door but will not arm the alarm or activate the light on the door when it locks. Each time I told them I didn’t work. They said the same thing. Can you send pictures and we will try to figure out a solution. Seems like an automated reply. Anyway don’t buy these if you want it to work like the oem. But if you want your door to just lock it’s fine.
