Great product - great service
The purchase process was easy and we got the nozzle right on time and in perfect condition. Felt the price was high for such a small piece, but it works great and was easy to install.

Works great
The wiper arm fit great and has an excellent spring (mine was totally blown). The only difference between this unit and the original is that the original has grooves built into the mount point which theoretically keeps it in contact with the piece that turns. So far, however, our new wiper arm has worked perfectly.

Not all connectors fit
The connecting piece that goes behind the driver's seat was the wrong shape and had to be slightly modified for it to properly fit. The unit has already demonstrated some preliminary failures.
