Lost the ear loop but still usable.
The ear loop unattached from the ear piece too easily. Otherwise, it's as expected.

Excellent book!
Wish I had read this before I went through all the wrongs! Good to keep as a reference source in case you lose sight of the warning signs when dazzled by a new somebody. The author includes real stories of people handling tough situations and what was learned. I recommend this without reservation.
