  Oh my goodness- this seller is amazing! He shipped out the first bedspread very timely, and it was packaged quite securely. There was an issue with the item I received, and the steps the seller went to to make everything right were above and beyond the usual actions one would think of when it comes to customer satisfaction.   I love my new sheets!!! Once my offer was accepted. They were immediately wrapped up and shipped to me, and I received them within days…. These are my favorite flannel sheets that are very hard to find now and I received them at a great price, and they were in even better condition than in the pictures and described. Very very happy.😊

  I am an ebay seller and dislike to give a negative as it not good so giving a neutral. I received the wrong item not what I purchased. Contacted the vendor to see what happened and they gave a response to get back to me the next day as the item was for my client. No response.. messaged again..no response. Item was returnable but I really wanted my original order for my client.

  To no fault of this seller, my item was lost in the mail. I purchased this during a huge move of homes and didn’t contact the seller until not having received it, for over 2 months. When I asked the seller about this and asked for a refund, the seller over shared that this has been happening lately and it seemed frustrating for the seller. I empathize with this issue, but I also felt let down that I didn’t receive this in a timely manner. Perhaps, future check-ins with buyers?
