    Seller was very responsive to my messaged questions. Seller originally shipped item via USPS without a tracking number. A week later, item showed that it now had a FEDEX tracking number. Contacted seller about this issue, and was told "they" dropped the ball. I'm not sure if "they" was the USPS or eBay. Regardless, the item arrived. Item was as described. Packaging could have been batter, no packing material inside box to keep item from banging around. Box in rough shape when it arrived.

Nice Device

Useless
Whole string of 100 was bad. Never ever received something so bad like this before. Back to the brick and mortar for parts. Don't have time waiting for a long delivery then find out the resistors are useless
