Terrific food processor
4 of 4 found this helpful When we were looking for a great food processor we looked at many reviews for all major brands and whittled the list down to a Breville model and one other used and recommended by a major cooking show. After going back and forth several times we decided that the Breville package (not only price but also performance, included accessories, and warranty) would be the best choice for our needs. We then compared the Sous Chef 12 and 16 cup models and purchased the Breville BFP800XL 16 cup Sous Chef food processor. After using it for a month on an almost daily basis it has performed flawlessly. From shredding frozen butter to chopping nuts to mixing doughs it has met all our expectations. We recommend this food processor without reservation.
