Saved me a bundle!
Last winter I had used the wipers while they were frozen and covered with snow. Afterwards the wipers wouldn't work properly, wouldn't return to the down position, wouldn't work in intermittent mode etc...
Determined the switch to be the problem and was quoted $270 Canadian for a new part from the dealer. I would imagine they'd want an hour labour as well, add in the tax, and you get the idea...
I decided to find the most inexpensive switch as I could find on E-bay and give it a try. It arrived quickly and I installed it in no time. Just like that I was back up and running for well under 50 bucks!
