Too awkward
I attached the bungee end water level on the pool ladder. The waist strap was snug and confortable. I attempted to do a freestyle stroke but immediately had to quicken my stroke to stay above water. Very unnatural and awkward. Experimented with raising the anchor point with same result. Believe part of the issue is that the bungee is too stiff. Would not recommend.

Poor design
Thought it would be more comfortable. Too small for an adult hand. Poorly designed. Would not recommend.
