Unpainted Rail Workers
Pros: Results are fantastic when painted and detailed with good acrylic paints and washes. Metallic lacquers from Model Master are also useful for helmets, lunch boxes, and metal parts. Duplicate figures can be painted differently to make them appear unique. Adds a nice touch to working Railroad for a very low initial investment. If you have decent acrylic paints, small brushes, a pallet, and are artistic. I would highly recommend these. Figures do not have bases and can be directly glued to layout or diorama. Little to no flash or remnants that need to be taken off. Cons: Detailing is time consuming. More details and better results require more time. I painted 24 figures with details in about 4 hours. That amounts to 6 figures per hour.

IPOD Nano
Likes; Screen size better than other nanos I looked at. Universal interface great for docking with Audio Reciever I like the size and shape vs. other Nanos Dislikes; Needs more memory I will consider upgrade to Classic to store all CDs

Undecorated Athearn Blue Box diner car
Nice exterior and trucks. Windows snap fit. There is no interior detail. We will use the undercoated kit to prototype the NAPA Valley Wine train with an F7 Diesel. Kit will have interior detail when finished. Using Microscale decals for Napa Valley along with paint instructions.
