Great quality Poor fit NOT "One Size Fits All".
1 of 1 found this helpful High quality but design is NOT "one size fits all". Manufacturer SHOULD provide for PERSONAL fitting adjustment using "BOIL AND BITE" or something like that. The "higher sides" rub and irritate the gums so bad that it cannot be worn without serious personal adjustments like, using scissors to trim those sides down enough to NOT touch the gums and then sand the edges near the gums round to be comfortable.
"You pays your money and you takes your chances" and you will be very lucky if can sleep at all with this snore defense anti-snoring mouth guard in your mouth.
