Why did I wait so long?
13 of 15 found this helpful I have been in the recording business off an on for more than 50 years. I always mixed with 2-3 sets of monitors. Lots of cash and complications. Getting the right boxes, amps, wire, and..room treatment. I was taught and believed headphones, no matter what their quality, were simply not up to the task. Well, uh, that was wrong.
Check out these phones and discover the pleasure of really hearing all the detail, defects, and beauty of your tracks...and your mixes. If you doubt this, listen to anything you have done or other material you know well and get those pleasant, and not so pleasant insights- almost instantaneously.
These phones have great detail, soundstage, and accuracy. Enough for me to take the chance of tracking- and mixing when I don't have all the voodoo of the control room up and running at its max.
I don't see how you can go wrong for this very reasonable amount of cash.
