Gently excersize without getting cold.
Simple to assemble if you can call it that. Works straight away quite quiet and starts slowly for us of a certain age. Folds up simply to give that little bit more room when needed. My wife and I are both happy users.

Jitter free viw
This monopod is simple to use and great for use with a camera especially for long range when jitter can be prohibitive. We actually wanted it for use mainly with binoculars and had to contact the supplier for a further attachment to affix the binos. With the attachment the monopod is a superb, lightweight tool, saving one from the arm stress of holding heavy binos for any length of time and also when zooming in to minimise shaking. Really pleased.

Watchinf the hedgehogs
Works extremely well with a wide field of view. Perfect for watching wildlife in the garden.
The only drawback I found was that I needed my son to set it up. The instructions were not clear and in very small script and he ignored them completely. I have mounted in the hedgerow at the bottom of the garden and my wife is thrilled with it.
