Old is better than new on this one!
This older discontinued unit is 10 time better than the new one with the removable plates which is a difficult contraption and low qaulity. The old model is solid, easy to use and clean, and if you use PAM before batter you dont even need to clean it up unless you overload the plates with batter and it runs over the edges!
