Computer monitor works fine
The ad shows this device using a computer monitor as an output device. I connected it to my Samsung Syncmaster B1940W and am finally able to watch high quality DVDs. I don't own a TV and this means I don't have to buy one either. A direct connection with a HDMI to DVI-D cable just wouldn't work.

Not as advertised
Current output of the USB ports is severely limited. Despite being marked as 2.5A this adapter could not run my Raspberry Pi at all, whereas an older product with two USB ports worked fine. Disappointing.
