An awesome phone with all the bells and whistles but without the huge price

i upgraded from a HTC Wildfire to an Acer liquid metal and i would do it again, the features on this phone are unreal and you cant go wrong for the price, It is Telstra Next"G" compatible and has excellent reception in rural areas which is a big deal to me. The screen is very clear and responsive with bright vibrant colors and can also be viewed in sunlight easily. this is my third android phone and definitely the best I've had yet. I'm a light/casual user so this phone suits my needs perfectly. its very quick, i haven't had any lag problems yet when texting which was a big problem with my previous phone and my main reason for upgrading. It feels nice in your hand and is easy to type on, it has awesome sound for the size of the speaker. I had bought a program to extend battery life when i had my Wildfire and installed it on my Acer straight away so i'm not sure what the battery life is like without that program. I unplugged it from the charger at 6:00am and its now 7:36pm the same day and i still have 50% battery left! where as my HTC Wildfire would be screaming at me to recharge it even with the juice defender program installed. I have been browsing the web which is incredibly fast and a pleasure to use. i have spoken on it for 45 minutes through out the day and sent and received heaps of txts. Played games on it which run like a dream. My overall opinion is that i'm going to be very happy with this phone for a long time and its an absolute bargain and i would recommend it to anyone. The only thing i don't like about it is the soft touch keys at the bottom of the handset, if you are used to a htc they will take some getting used to as the search button and the menu buttons have been swapped around.

Kershaw Strobe Framelock with Stonewash Finish and Flipper KS1086

Best EDC

Ive got dozen of folding knives, i swap them out and take one to work everyday, as mechanic they get gummed up with grit, the strobe is by far the least sensitive to dirt flipper ive got, easy to disassemble and clean, its the perfect size, is deep carry and holds a decent edge, is weighty and solid in the hand. Highly recommended.

good knife

nice to handle, solid feeling, the blue thumb stud is useless though, i have strong hands but no matter how hard I try i cant push it hard enough to flip it open, the flipper works perfectly and flips the knife open nicely though
