Only brand I use for my quilts
I love Hobbs 80% cotton/ 20% polyester blend for its soft texture and comfort. It’s the only batting I use in my quilts.

Another Great Pattern from Cozy Quilt Designs
I have sewn since I was 11 but only started quilting a year ago. I absolutely LOVE the patterns from Cozy Quilt Design. The are filled with color and easy to follow, perfect for a newbie. If you’re double smart and choose a pattern demonstrated by by Daniela Stout ( Cozy Quilt Designs ) and Donna Jordan ( Jordan Fabrics ) its even easier.

ACT HIIT wonderful all over body wirkout
I absolutely love Chris Freytag’s ACE HIIT and you will too. I do all four workouts together and other times 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. I probably have 60ish DVDs and this is my favorite. I already had the DVDs but bought for my favorite workout body.
