Very pretty

Absolute no noise muffles wax ear plugs
I have worn these earplugs for 20yrs and if a loud crowd were having a party, or you work nights like nurses and ambulance personnel they allow sleep during the day.
They are, when slightly squashed and get softer put in ear and it will mould to your ear and block out noise. I won't go into hospital without them.
I usually get them from boots but sometimes they don't stock them or have run out. Sponge versions for me don't work

Wouldnt use anything else
Large tube of rich cream cleanser and two muslin type cloths. I smooth the cream all over forehead, face and neck and massage briefly then in hand hot water I soak and wring out the cloth placing it over my face then easily remove cleansing cream. My skin feels so soft and clean and youthful.
I follow that with 50ml tube of Lix Earle skin repair moisturiser purchased seperately. As it is so easy and pleasurable I never forget this regime. I have tried many top end brands and at 50 I'm having comments that I cant be
