Too tall for what i needed it for.

First of all, It came broken. One of the keys is broken off and it is the wrong system for us... It is an amazing product but it is 1. too heavy for me (I am a 5'5" woman) and I need to place a heavy projector on it, but it is too tall to get to the top, even at it's lowest point and standing on a step stool. I have to lift a very expensive projector up above my head to get it onto the system. I recommend it for lighting.
