Too much science
OK, some people like to know why they need a specific diet, but I did feel that there was too much complicated scientific stuff and not enough recipes. Beyond that, the diet plan is well laid out for each week with a shopping list. There are recipes with excellent photo's so its not all "light and easy"; you need to put in the effort if you want to succeed. I recommend the ideal behind this diet plan as I have found that increasing protein has left me feeling a lot less hungry and therefore much less likely to binge eat between meals. The science is sound, its just really boring.

Comfortable, but Instructions were vague in places.
I had some trouble assembling the chair as some of the parts were unfamiliar to me. I had to do internet research to figure out how to unlock the reclining mechanism so I could install it. Once built the chair is comfortable, rolls smoothly, and works well. I didn't bother plugging it in as the power cord would be a real nuisance when rolling across the work space. I recommend this chair for sitting at the computer for long periods. As the arms form part of the chairs structure, they cannot be removed or omitted, so I still need my armless office chair for the sewing table.
Leather is soft and comfortable, chair has plenty of padding. I purchased White and it is easy to clean and maintain. Mechanisms appear strong and hopefully durable. I have only had the chair a couple of weeks, but recommend it as it is good value for money.

skin irritant
Caused skin irritation especially in hot weather. Needs a cotton cover. Good idea just isn't very comfortable when you itch all the time.
