Best Advise
My grandson told me it is the best present he has ever received and has started the new year feeling confident about the future.

Doesn’t work on mydesktop
I have tried so hard to get this working, even called in tradesperson but we cannot get it to work with my desktop. I am sooo disappointed because no doubt this is a marvellous piece of equipment. Sadly I need to send it back to you .
The software downloaded easily and everything connected as per instructions but when I press play on VCR nothing happens. I have had it checked by connecting to tv and vcr works well.
Do you have an answer for me before I return. I would be most grateful.
