Fantastic quality for the price, A+ handheld gaming console.
I bought the Nintendo 3DS because I heard some new games I was interested in were coming out, and I certainly wasn't disappointed! The 3DS is much better than I ever would have expected. I can't get my head around how they made the screen do the thing with the 3D. It is really a huge step up from DS/DSi/DS Lite, for sure. You can do so much on this little system, even watch Netflix. It's fantastic value for the price. It has a long battery life and you can turn the 3D on and off (so you don't HAVE to play in 3D if you don't want to). The system is easy to hold, has a very durable hinge and has bigger screens and is definitely more advanced (but still easy to use) as its predecessors. It has apps, streetpass, spotpass, miis, everything you'd expect from a Nintendo console. It has backwards compatibility with Nintendo DSi/DS Lite/DS games, and will adjust the screen accordingly for gameplay. It does not have backwards compatibility with GBA (Game Boy Advance) games. Having a joystick on the handheld is much easier on the thumbs than always having to use the keypad/up-down-left-right pad. The graphics and the full design is absolutely stunning and it's A+ quality in my book, for all colors/builds, even the 3DS XL.

It was boring for me but if you need a low-impact exercise, this is okay.
I bought this game because I wanted to become more active in my own home with low-impact exercises. It's alright and possibly quite ideal if you suffer with arthritis or a disorder that makes exercising painful and/or difficult. I didn't like it because it was boring for me. It was a step down from Dance Dance Revolution. The balance board is really sensitive and the measurements are inaccurate (ex. how many calories you burned). it's not fun, it just takes up space and doesn't really help you lose weight. It might help you maintain your weight but it's not perfect. I liked that it was as interactive and that you couldn't really sit down and do the exercises.
