The machine is of low revolution

I bought it because it looked like a cheaper version of a dremel tool. NONE of the tool, but the shafts fit into the adapter right. Or they rotate freely or do not fit into the chuck. Of very low power, the cut wheels could hardly cut through a thin plastic. The main drive shaft is not centered.A lot of money for a tool that does not work well
