  Book arrived damaged, shipped between cardboard in a bag. Contacted seller and agreed to a partial refund. Seller claimed they couldn't process the refund and had to order a new credit card to put on their account bc existing one wouldn't work due to being in a business name? Days passed, no update or refund so I processed full return. Shipped back and seller attempted to get eBay involved to make decision, return was granted almost immediately. Blocking seller and won't do business with again!
