a good distributor for the money

this is a drop in unit. I did check the point gap and found it dead on. I did find that the distributor cap could be installed wrong so be sure it is properly seated. I put it in an old vw engine, timed it and it fired right up. yes I plan on purchasing another for another bug motor that I have. I am partial to the mechanical advance. I just plugged the vacuum hose on the carb.
