Wasted time, money, energy.
It didn't come with the CV cap/cover/shield and, unless you already have one ready to install, is completely useless. You cannot buy the cap, it is not sold as a separate part, you have to buy the entire driveshaft assembly. Doesn't come with bolts or lock-plates either but that's not a problem. You can get those things anywhere. Without that CV cap I can't do anything. Now I've wasted a lot of time, money, energy and I'm back to square one.
