This seller is a scam artist. He sent me a laptop and the first time opening Norton identified over 20 security risks and dozens of outdated drivers. He told me to ignore these. By the next day I turned it on and it said the system was broken and refused to reboot. Then he showed he had no knowledge of the product he sold and had me waste days trying to fix it myself. Then wanted me to pay for shipping it back then sent another one that also did same thing. Then blamed me. Never trust him again

My first negative review!
As the customer acknowledges in his review, I actually sent him a 2nd laptop as a replacement hoping that he will send the first one back. He decided to keep both.
