The Beginner's Keto Diet Cookbook.

Not for beginners

I was very disappointed with this book. I bought it because it is supposed to be a beginners guide. But each recipe had at least 5 ingredients, many quite speci as listed items. Recipes are also quite time consuming and I work full time so not sure when I fit the cooking in. Maybe the book just didn't suit me I was expecting basic recipes not ones containing pasteurised beef and organic vegetables.
