Was described as brand new. Had scratches that were not mentioned in the description or clearly shown in pictures. Was damaged in shipping because it was packed with no packing material. Steelcase was bent to the point that the inner case was able to be partially pulled out. Was able to bend mostly back into place but case is still bent. Seller did not care and did nothing to remedy the situation. Very disappointed. Terrible service.

few flaws but more positive
before the positive. i was a little disappointing in the product on a different usb for my tablet. however, i can used the wall charger with a compatible usb for my tablet and the usb i bought to any electronic items that fit in the system.
