Almost perfect.
Excellent build quality. Works well but will not let you set the I2C address. Some chips, like Microchip's 24FC1025, need to have A2 tied to Vcc and this programmer has all three address pins tied to Gnd. One star off for not being able to set the I2C address.
Another strange thing is that the neat golden frame is also connected to Gnd.

Good value selection
Multiple packs of these is cheaper than some kits with fewer values. And this one has the 1k and 10k in it.

Better than expected
For once, the picture doesn't do the product justice. Its build quality is better than in the picture. That central track is covered and it looks much nicer. It comes protected by a plastic film. It's very light and seems very solid. I haven't done extensive testing but simply smacking a LED on the back and placing the front towards a 60W incandescent bulb turned the LED on. So in sunlight I would assume they perform at least as advertised.
I should have skipped the 'buy a few to test them out' and buy a bunch right away.
