    Seller sent a totally different box with a different picture on it. The box was destroyed! It was in pieces, the mirror was glued inside, and a fingerprint was glued into the mirror! I asked the seller to send a label or refund. Seller says he has to wait until he sells something else to refund. What about the money that I paid? He says he's 85 and can't see. While I am sorry he has problems, he doesn't seem to understand that everyone has problems. This is now mine, and ebays!

    Yes I sent the wrong item in error and offered to send the correct item when I was made aware of the mistake — my eyesight is failing and I send a similar item by mistake - I offered to send the correct item however the customer wanted a full refund - so I told her that I would send her a full refund as soon as I sell another item and have the money - now that I see this negative feedback I am hurt and upset b/c I offered to make this right This woman Has NO ❤️
