As an idea--good. Implementation--so so.
This seemed like a good idea to get proper angle for sharpening which might be hard for a beginner to estimate. The item is inexpensive and made of good material. In implementation, it's a bit awkward and tricky to keep in place on the blade, especially on a smaller blade. It would need to be moved on a larger blade to each section of the blade being sharpened. That said, once you get the feel for the angle, you will no longer bother with this.

Excellent replacement speakers for my compact bookshelf system
Bought these to upgrade a compact system in a bedroom. The 6 ohm impedence was a good match for the compact Denon receiver's power output. The sound quality is excellent and transparent. Because of the size of the woofers, mid-bass is very good, but deep bass is fair. Since I also have a powered sub-woofer hooked up it is not an issue. Together, the sound quality rivals the far more expensive tower speakers in my living room. at a reasonable price. Perfect for my intended use.

Perfect for what I needed
I bought an artisan ikebana container that was missing its kenzan--spikey frog. This one fit perfectly in the space.
