Excellent!
I originally bought a Chinese clamp kit, the plastic organizer did not fit the parts, the blocks were poorly trimmed, overall not well made. I returned it to buy this, DEFINITELY worth the little extra.

OEM part!
This is an OEM part from Norcold, it is the exact specs as the original. I bought a (slightly) less expensive aftermarket element that did not fit, smaller than the OEM part and did not use it.
