Shampoo was NOT "NEW, UNOPENED AND UNUSED" as stated. It arrived opened, used with the plunger activated. Its activated condition caused the shampoo to leak in shipment making a mess of the packaging. The seller agreed to pay for the cost of return shipping since he sold as NO RETURNS. After I paid the cost to mail back he asked I make a EBAY return request that is not permitted since I cannot provide a photo of the item I have already returned to the seller. Obvious Seller fraud. BEWARE!

I emailed the seller letting him know that I didn’t receive the gloves, and hair bonnet and he said it doesn’t come with one.. and I know it does, I buy this product all the time.. it is written on the box what it contains also the box was ripped open then taped.. he also said that it was for men .. I won’t be doing any business with this person
