Great for big family!
1 of 1 found this helpful Like all carbon steel this needs to be seasoned. Did mine with flaxseed oil. After each meal I clean with hot water and brush, dry then give thin coat of veg oil. Can easily handle a kg of mince all at once to Brown and then plenty of room to assemble and cook rest of dish for 6 people.
