Precision power
This + transformer + filter = nice, stable power source. Easy to adjust. Good for LEDs.

Hard to beat
Clever design - built-in terminals for direct plug-in readings should help when checking loose parts. The very short leads seem inconvenient, but really are an important feature when testing small-value inductors. I got some apparently inconsistent readings of some items, and have no calibration standards, but that's not critical when selecting components by matching. [awesome sauce? what?]

Tiny titan
1 of 1 found this helpful Great for powering LED projects. Gets hot with 1.5A out, but most of my stuff draws closer to 0.5A, so no problem.
