Excellent quick kitchen knife sharpener
Extremely good at maintaing sharpened edges on Kitchen Knives.
Works best if used as a maitenance tool ie. Knife has been sharpened on a normal whetstone.
Reasonable at creating a sharp edge from blunt.
Sharpened edge degrades (loses sharpness) faster than a blade sharpened on a whetstone.
Slight concern with how much metal is removed (ie. potentially decreasing overall longevity of blade)
Highly recommend for cheaper(No Brand) to decent (Global) knives. Very hesitant to recommend for anything more expensive/boutique.
