I have had 3 of these. Great idea but here are the problems on all of them - not worth $199 at Jabra- more like $30 throw-away item
1) Rubber boot comes unglued from the center body; 2) microphone cover material glue fails and it comes off; 3) microphone boom hinge stay-open component falls out; 4) if you wear glasses, they interfere with the position of the unit on your ear and it comes out of ear canal; 5) lots of complaints that people on other end of call cannot hear me.
