Don't think about it, just buy it. You wont be disappointed.

I have always wanted a quality food processor after purchasing a series of cheaper, lightweight ones that readily packed up after relatively short periods of time. However I could never justify the spend. A second-hand one within reach combined with a work bonus allowed me to splash out a little. What a joy!! This processor is the queen amongst processors and although second-hand you just know you're going to tire of it before it tires of you. Magimix products are such a good investment and you can always get spares. My purchase didn't contain a instruction book and although it is very easy to use (on/off/pulse) I wanted to be able to understand and use the other blades. After a short search I had the choice of purchasing the glossy covered book, downloading and printing or having it ad an e-book. Fantastic! It has now become as important as my microwave and I can safely say if it died I would justify the spend! Watch the cookery programmes with pride, knowing you can easily reproduce the dishes. That said, if you only want a processer to mix the odd fairy cake, I wouldn't bother - it's far too heavy to lug around!
