"Works but with limitations"
This device captures video from my 8mm camcorder for transfer to computer. It comes with a bundled basic program for editing and saving or burning to DVD. Can't argue with the price. It does not seem to be recognized by my Corel VideoPro 7 software, however, so I have save files in bundled software program and open them in Corel to do the kind of editing i want to do.

To The Rescue!
I was out for a ride on my motorcycle. Parked it for a few minutes, then it wouldn't start. The battery wasn't charging as it should. Fortunately, another bike enthusiast saw my trouble and walked up with this device in his hand. I had my bike started within less than a minute. When I got home, I ordered my own and carry it with me!
