Nike got it right. More value than most irons. Won't hurt your wallet.
I'm a lowish-mid handicapper whose strength is iron play. These irons are hands-down the best irons I've ever hit, behind the X-Forged irons from Callaway. Except the best part is that these were about 1/2 the price of the Callaways. They flight the ball a little bit lower than my last irons (Titleist 690.CB), but really make up for it in the spin department. They have a somewhat thin top-line and sole, but it's nothing too scary for a good ballstriker. The feel is good, but I honestly was expecting a little better. If you hit the ball like you should, you can barely feel the ball, yet if you hit the ball of the toe/heel you will feel the sting all the way up your arms. They are a little shorter than some of the newer irons, but that's only because Nike has a traditional loft setup, with the pitching wedge at 48* (rather than some of the other brands with lofts as low as 44* and 45*; i.e Taylormade, Callaway, etc.), which I for one really like. They can complement a "picker" and a "digger", but I would think they would complement a picker slightly more. I love how the bounce is lower, so if your a "digger" you won't take out foot-long divots with your 6 iron. All in all, Nike got this club right when they created them about 2 or 3 years ago, and now with them being much cheaper than they were when they came out, you should seriously consider purchasing them. Your wedges will thank you :-).

Good wedge. Not the most valuable, but if you have the dough it's nice. B-
If this wedge was good enough for Tiger to put in his bag when he won the '09 Open, it's surely good enough for me. I've been a Vokey man my whole life, but making the transition to this wedge was simple. I love the shape of the wedge, as it's not as "box-ey" as some new wedges out there (i.e Callaway). The spin is moderate, not quite as much as I expected, but still great. The ball doesn't exactly shoot of the clubface, but it's easily controlled. If I could give this a 3.5 out of 5, I would, but I don't quite like it enough to be a 4 star. If your in the wedge market, take a look at these wedges, as well as newish Clevelands, and of course Vokey's. Happy hacking! :-)
