Awesome product! Best value for your money!!
Best Blackberry I've ever owned. I've previously had one and then updated to the Blackberry 8520, which i had more technical problems with that device then any device I've ever had before. The keypad on the Tour is perfect for texting and sending emails and the 8520 keys are loud and get stuck easily because they are spread apart which makes it easy for stuff to get in between and underneath them. Plus is has a flash for taking pictures where as the 8520 does not. I would recommend the Tour to ANYONE!!!
