Disappointed heat , if there is any I cannot feel it, the detach head part if way to hard to use but I like it on my sore feett but connection tube could longer so I could use it easily on my feet or other parts of my body. WHAT I REALY LIKE IS THE MASSAGR PART OF IT - GENTLE ENOUGH FOR MY DEGENERATING SPINE, SO THANK YOU. I AM HAPPY
