Good but needs some adjustments
I had to make adjustments to the tension cord but after that it was exactly what I was expecting. It arrived just in time because I had a pinched nerve in my neck and it helped so much.

Best I've experienced
I had read reviews and watched YouTube videos before purchasing the hsi straightener but I was skeptical when I seen how small it was compared to my larger straightener. But it does the job perfectly. I have thick coarse hair and it made my hair so shiny and healthy looking. I didn't ever think a 1" plate could handle my thick hair but it did better than any other straightener I've had. Right down to the ends it glides off smoothly. I love it!
