I’ve been in contact with the seller and we have resolved my issue. I enjoy using the proofing box, so at the seller’s request, I’m revising my original review and rating. It works great as a home for my sourdough starters. This was a good priced item and I received it quickly. There are no instr In English but I use the low setting for my starters, which I’m guessing is around 70 degrees F. The second setting is higher but I have no idea what the temperature would be.
