VOLVO FUEL FLAP PLASTIC HINGE BRACKET PETROL DIESEL V70 S60 S80 XC90
19 February 2020
Perfect! But follow youtube
Perfect fit but follow youtube video about fuel flap. You will need prior installation to remove the pins, use a screwdriver to enlarge the 4 holes and partially put through the four bits you removed. I used a normal hammer with a hex screwdriver instead (as it has a flat surface) and hammered repeatedly through that the little bits. Follow the youtube video all the way through first. Installed on a Volvo s60 2006 2.0T.

Holts Car Headlight Restoration Kit Restore Clarity & Appearance MOT HREP0031A

Big improvement | S60 2006 2.0T
First: make some time for it. Maybe an hour or two. No rush. Second: The outcome of your headlights is proportional to the time, care, preparation, patience and hard work. I would say it is not the perfect set as I have personally ended up sanding by hand as in this way you will be able to travel more on the headlights evenly for angle and pressure, and also that you will feel better if more wetness is required. The drill part is great for the final part with the compound. Although I have to say that a wool pad would do a better and gentler job. Make sure you use a cord powered drill as you will need good power output. Or better a dual polisher! It wasn't super smooth (ended up re sanding the passenger side again due to the sanding drill rough and being harder to control when swinging sides. All in all for £16- it was perfect for what I need and at the right level of simplicity. If you feel like the polish compound doesn't do much, try with any other compund (even mother's aluminium compound). Best of luck and strive for better results.

Volvo S60 (01-09) V70II, XC70 (00-08) Lower Windscreen Drip Moulding (Right)

Be gentle - great product
Easy installation and perfect fit on my S60 2006 2.0T (MK1). Replaced both left and right as the originals lasted 15 years and they were crumbling away. They come with a little foam pad to put in between the piece and the car. If you take out the old ones you will notice it glued. Therefore try to replicate that using a glue like evostik or similar. Keep one of the old fasteners as the moulding drip comes with one only and that is for the bottom part. You will able to tell by the way they fit in. All in all I recommend it! Just be firm and gentle in the process.
