Every 6 rolls I buy another one
Currently I use 2.0 mm on my face and neck and a separate 2.0 mm roller for my knees, arms, and chest. Every 6 rolls it is suggested to get a new roller as the needles lose sharpness. Dermarolling must be done with numbing so I get Dr.Numb for pre treatment. I use Vasocaine if additional numbing is required.
For my body I am going up to 3.0 mm.

Love my Beetle Le Bra. Takes a lot of pulling to get snug but it looks beautiful!
