good quality, slightly poor fit.
the wristguards feel solid enough and are well made.
the thumb hole is badly placed and a bit small, so the fit seems a bit awkward. other wrist guards don’t suffer this problem.

nice idea, poor quality, metal too soft.
I bought this specifically for trimming gear and brake cable outer housings. It does trim brake cable housings, but it does not trim gear housings well.
The cable ends are frayed, it can't cut through properly, and the nut loosens as you try to cut so it squashes the cable instead of cutting it. It's no better than a set of side cutters.

Shifts air well, not too noisy bit draughty
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this to replace a very similar Newlec fan that had stopped working.
This fan works well, the louvre opens and shuts automatically within a minute. When the fan runs it will quickly clear the air in a 3x6m kitchen. Although it is noisy, it is fairly quiet for the amount of air it shifts. My cooker hood extractor fan is louder.
The louvre slats are a bit ill-fitting at the top and bottom. The first picture shows the biggest gap, at the top, which I measured at 0.75mm with a feeler gauge. The gap at the bottom is similarly sized.
When the wind blows, in my particular installation, this causes a whistling that’s a bit annoying, and you can feel the draught if you put your hand over it when it’s off.
I’ve rectified these problems by putting self-adhesive draught excluder on the frame. I had to remove some slats to do this, but it’s fairly easy to do this by bending them a bit.
So it’s good value for money, is not as noisy as i thought it would be, shifts air well. if you don’t mind the weird modification it’s great, but only gets 3 stars from me because 0.75mm is just too imprecise and doesn’t keep the air out and the whistling is annoying.
