82V Lithium battery for Victa saw

A battery is just a battery!! However this one being Lithium and only lightly used shows absolutely NO difference in performance to a b\rand new one. Great value

Torch globe LED Upgrade

Using two different types of LED globes has given a totally new life to a much used Mini Maglite torch and an old but rugged Arlec rechargable torch. Light output on both torches is now absolutely brilliant and naturally the power consumption is way less so batteries last for ages..almost shelf life for the Maglite and with NiMh batteries in the Arlec instead of NiCads the torch just goes on and on and on. I am wondering WHEN I will need to recharge it !!! At a price of $25 approx for each globe it is a bit expensive but as filament globes are becoming harder to source and both torches were well engineered I could see no point purchasing new torches when for a bit more $$$ wise I could rejuvinate these 2 much loved torches. Over time the LED globes will become cheaper which should encourage MORE people to recycle their old torches rather than add to the landfill problem.
