Waste time and money total misleading! Go buy paint glaze and a topcoat!

The deglosser doesnt take off the finish but maybe dirt and that can be done with soap water. Since doesnt take off original top coat i was sceptical of paint and it is paint, we are talking ! Using some fancy name BONDING COAT! Ha! We ended up not using hardly any deglosser even though we wasted time scrubbing and scrubbing till we where tired, we ended up having spend time sanding! Something says no sanding recorded steer away no wood work comes out professional without sanding even sanding between coats of paint and top coat or whatever varnish requires light sanding so the next coat can propery adhere. The paint is nice but you can get nice flat paint and glaze as we had color matched paint from kit to do cabernet a red paint and bought a qrt of rustolleum glaze encase we run out! The cheese cloth is a joke ended up being a joke! I ise thos to wipe off glaze amd you will be stuck with lint all over and will show up under top coat i am having trouble finding anything lint free! Which is causing me major OCD! Which if u have OCD you will drive yourself insane with thos prodject like me! Top coat is a horrible going to throw away i guess! Dryes too fast and wherever it drips on undersidesor collects it dryes white and some bubbles. This product has a glue feel to it. Going is minwax proacrylic or poly! Lots bad reviews on topcoat of thos problem and streaking too!!! So at least i saved 50 bucks buying 2 on ebay vs home depot but still waste of money!!! Go buy sand paper paint the glaze if thats the look and a minwax top coat and foam brushs and good brush lint free clothes and your better off saving a bunch money time and better outcome! All that work u want it too last and be protected so dont ise that junk shame on rustolleum putting that junk in the kit and that deglosser! I hope i helped your decision ! I even read bunch reviews nothing bad so i bought it and bought 2! Npw i have seen other bad reviews after tbe fact ughhh. I hope i save someone elses time and pocket and agony!!! Oh and this is so not a weekend prodject thats total bull and false advertizing! Unless you are someone that doesnt care and slap it on and even with drying times between coats and topcoat its not possible!
